Timberwolves owner, Glen Taylor, is looking to sell his franchise one quarter at a time. His plan is to have an investor of his choosing come into the circle with an initial purchase of 25%. Then he would groom them the ways of an owner in the NBA, eventually having them purchase another 25%, and so forth and so forth.
Taylor also requires that the potential buyer keep the franchise in Minnesota.
“I continue to meet with several different parties who appear to have interest in completing a deal…I’ll be patient and see if it works out.” - Glen Taylor
